About fifteen years ago, I was introduced to Kristin by a mutual colleague. I invited Kristin Arnold to facilitate a critical board meeting for my association that ultimately would change the direction of the organization. She was enormously helpful and sparked critical thinking that shifted perspectives and fostered commitment to action. The meeting became the foundation for organizational change!
Today, Kristin continues to do the same. She skillfully extracts core messages, concerns and/or challenges out of chaos and helps C-Suite leaders focus. Recently, Kristin was a presenter at ISA’s “first ever” virtual Annual Business Meeting – a high stakes, crown jewel event that significantly influences ISA’s value proposition. ISA pivoted, as did many, to build a virtual program when the live face to face beloved event was canceled. On a dime, she came thru in a pinch, last minute as in three days before kickoff. Her presentation on Thought Leadership was excellent – customized to the audience, strategically practical, and engaging. Her ratings were in the top three.
Consistently, Kristin means what she says, says what she means and respectfully does so without being “mean”. Trustworthy, reliable, knowledgeably brilliant, and astute is how I describe her professional commitment. I have many examples of Kristin’s dependability and creatively. She inspires reasonable risk-taking that pays off in impressive ways.
