Thank you for the 2 days of training. It felt as if we were on the cusp of a breakthrough and I think you help us leap ahead in our team dynamic.
We used many of the tools you taught us in our strategic planning. We even reformatted the entire plan to focus on problems. We are also better at recognizing strategy versus tactic.
