Her success rate training facilitators is exceptional. My previous experience was about one in four who completed the training would be successful facilitators. Kristin trained over 125 facilitators for us and only two didn’t make the grade. Her method of teaching facilitators is more effective than any other I have found. She is also a master at teaching and facilitating process teams. More importantly, she receives the strongest possible recommendations from her toughest critics – her students….I recommend her without qualification.
