I start by talking with the meeting sponsor and getting crystal clear on the objectives. I’ll help you turn general ideas into targeted deliverables. My goal is to truly step into the shoes of the people involved — going to great lengths to understand your company’s issues, culture, and unique challenges.
To set the stage for a fruitful discussion, I gather ideas from meeting attendees to discover areas of agreement and where they diverge. I deploy a variety of tools and techniques — stakeholder interviews, web-based surveys, focus groups, or a working session — to understand context, challenges, opportunities, and areas for focused conversation. The result is a meeting uniquely tailored to your group.
Based on the first two steps, I design an event built around your strategic priorities — tailored to your group to engage your team and get your goals accomplished.
I guide the conversation onsite or virtually with a focus on clarity, energy, trust, and traction. I keep things high-energy and on track. During the meeting, I capture action steps as they arise. At the end, I confirm agreed-upon action items and who is accountable for each.
Your meeting is only as good as the actions that come from it. I ensure there’s a structure in place so you can maintain momentum, providing a quick turnaround of meeting minutes including insights, outcomes, and recommended next steps so the team can take immediate action.
